Sheila Fein
Born in New York and currently residing in California,
contemporary Fantasy artist Sheila Fein has been creating
her delightful imagery for over 25 years. Known for her
unique study of the imagination, her pieces have been
sought for prominent private and corporate collections
throughout the United States. Her commissioned fantasy
portraits are prized by celebrities, politicians and families,
alike.
Influenced by Peter Max and Chagall for their dreamlike
flow, Britto for his immediate imagery, Erte for his infinite
point of view and the drenched colors of Matisse, Sheila's
imagery is a statement about the diversity of time. Her
point of view allows us to relax while we contemplate
the complex world we live in and are soothed by what we
see.
"No moment is ever like another. Each picture I create
tells a different story and is a piece of the kaleidoscopic
puzzle of my mind. My work is in between the lines. If
I can brighten someone's day, fulfill their need for contemplation,
fantasy and whimsy, then I have done my job."
