Stephanie Piro
Brooklyn-born Stephanie Piro has been cartooning and designing
professionally for over 20 years. Her witty and observant
social commentary and pop culture cartoons have appeared
in numerous anthologies and national magazines, including
Glamour and Ms. as well as in two collections of her work,
Men! Ha! and Caffeinated Cartoons.
Her original daily panel, Fair Game was syndicated in
1996, and in 1999, she was invited to be part of King
Features landmark cartoon strip Six Chix, she is the Saturday
Chick!
In 1984 Stephanie founded the Strip T's Design Company,
which has won numerous design awards from the textile
industry.
Her work is now seen by millions of newspaper readers
around the world.
Stephanie's unique style, warm sense of humor and bright
colorful images focus mainly on the issues of women, kids,
dogs and cats and have already been successfully licensed
in the areas of stationery products, accessories and calendars.
